Dodgeball Hell / New update, new problems! (Server broke)

The server seem's to be unable to spawn rockets after the most recent update of TF2. Please help

Pretty much as the title states, votenuke percentages are persisting through each map. 100% vote on rockets on one map means it's going to be 100% next map. Please help before 100% rocket boomerang and no votenuke
