Not Sure If Anyone Was Aware, But The Scrapbank Bot Does Not Work. It Just Says " The Scrap Bot is Still Starting Up".

Whoops. It should be working now.

Steam server issues sometimes gives the bot a hard time.

Second time is the charm. I've added some retry logic so it won't get stuck in a "still starting up" state.
