i'm having trouble getting attachments to work when ever i try to up load a picture or have one in my signature, but it just shows up like a paper clip (shown below).
i might just be retarded i don't.

when i try to change my forum account picture it automatically changes it back to no picture. WhAt Do I dO (I've just now took the time to entangle my steam account to this when i came across this)
