You know the program that lets admins chat without being on the server? I want that for my server... somebody hook me up.

Any IRC client you like. mIRC and HexChat are popular options.

Y'know what? PM me a dummies guide on how to use it, assuming it's installed so i can tell my folks how to use it.

(Also, i may need to know, if my admin application passes.)
