Beat people... with Measurements!

Here's a skin for the Disciplinary Action that I use. http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/111675 . It turns the whip into a ruler! Now you may beat people to death with precise measurements and thin pieces of wood that make you move faster. No pun intended.

It's meant more for humor since in Deathrun, someone could say they got killed by a Soldier's ruler boost, in which he hit them with a piece of wood (Again, no pun intended) that made them go faster.
