Mine was a Pikachu. Ended up trading it for a shiny Bellsprout before either of us knew what we had.

Aside from the red Gyrados from Lake of Rage which only nubs would count as a legit shiny and some hacked shinies, my first and only was a Swablu. Which was on an emulator. Which made me rage so hard since I would never be able to use it in one of my actual games. As far as my physical games go, I've never found one though.
