Tf2 games take forever to load in general Its just doing that thing where it says "Retrieving server info" and it freezes the screen for awhile. It'll still say that its downloading the map but its actually retrieving server info. So you just have to be really patient.
Once the loading bar says "Sending client info" or something like that, just know that your game will start within the next minute more or less.
They need to do something about that...

I'm also wondering if we could just get the same hales but just reskinned? Like Batman CBS with this skin, but with different voice files and the same abilities. Btw this is a Garry's Mod skin, not sure if this would work.

Give the carbine the babby face basher's boost meter. Just set it up so that he'll run at scout speed as long as he keeps firing at hale. The boost meter should drop constantly if he's not landing hits. The snipers always seemed so helpless.
(this should've been done to the babby face basher to keep the scouts focused on attacking.)

New RL? Doesn't need shit really. :/ (Although if you really want to do something about it, give the player wielding it a speed boost or something, I dunno)

I always thought the GRU did 6 or 5. Besides, valve took away the whole health drain thing and gave it the Fan of War "Cursed" effect. Why hasn't it changed?

So will the classes have to have the required weapons to activate their abilities? If so, then these aren't class abilities, these are just weapon changes. :/

Also will they be passive abilities (Automatically activates under certain conditions) or active abilities (Press a button. It fucking activates).

I wanna know this stuff before I start suggesting shit.

Shit, all I want to do is kick the afkers and mute the mic spammers really. They really get on my nerves sometimes especially when there's no admin around and its pointless to call in an admin since spamming is so minor of a rule. Id hate to bring in an admin for something simple like dealing with idiots singing on the mic.

What the hell is up with the grus dealing 7 damage. Why? I understand you want the old GRU debuff but you didn't have to make it deal more damage.
