Title: can we add some sort of timer (now my personal report dump thread)

I'm pretty sure this has been requested before, but I am personally getting tired of sitting through 20 minute matches while the last people are sitting around spamming voice commands and pissing everyone else off, or when the last guy is afk and hale spends the next 8 minutes trying to goomba him.

Report the people that are wasting time, and provide SteamIDs and demos and we'll take care of it.

This thread works, however you need to provide proof (with demos), or we can't do anything.

Just wondering, how long would one have to stall to constitute a ban at the least?

if the last whatever number of people are really just doing nothing to end the round for 1 min+
