Title: Would this work as a saxton hale skin?

I'm also wondering if we could just get the same hales but just reskinned? Like Batman CBS with this skin, but with different voice files and the same abilities. Btw this is a Garry's Mod skin, not sure if this would work.

The dancing part HAS to be his rage (Assuming he's fully customizable).
