I think you might be mistaking Willy Wonka for the Candy Man (don't worry, it's common). The Candy Man has Aqua's Lollipop as his "theme" (he uses it in his rage and his intro music). Willy Wonka's theme is the one in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory:

I was playing on Bank, the new map and then we did humiliation. It consisted of sentries shooting hale.... but then hale went behind one of the sentries and stayed there. None of the sentries hitter him hell they even found him.

honestly I don't see the problem of grifieng here. That part can be easily crossed with just jumping from the first platform. It can be done with any class even with heavy without goru.
