I'm not sure how well this would work, but how about giving RED team their loadout until the round starts?
BLU team could be given godmode until round starts to prevent RED from just rushing in and killing everybody.
It would open up new spots to hide using FaN/Atomizer, as well as encourage more varieties of loadouts other than the usual Scattergun/Mad Milk/Candy Cane.

In terms of layout I really enjoyed the map; nothing really outstanding comes to mind but it was very fun to play on.
Nice job on the secret rooms btw, I only found them out by accident.

It's because the CP is a prop_static; it has to be a prop_dynamic.
Didn't know that about these; would he be able to fix it easily?

Marshii your new map doesn't have the cp bonus. It says it refreshes but nothing happens when you run over the cp.

Remove voicemenu delay so I can spam "Need a dispenser here" as I'm running around the map as an ambulance

I'd like it if props were able to see ghosts while alive, as an alternative to the spectator list. It's nice seeing who's speccing you and you can't do that with ghostmode.

All actions of a ghost are only visible to other ghosts, including sprays.
I know I've confused an engineer by making spray sounds behind him, I'm not sure if he saw the spray but he definitely heard it.

To add to what Chikiro said, you can also spray your spray as a ghost. The sound of that may alert pyros to the prop's location.

Although it is fun to spook pyros/follow them around spraying behind them...
