There is a spot on Forice where you can easily escape the wrath of the motivator, you can just walk over to a corner and wait there for it to pass and then you are free to carry on with the map as you please, without a timer. I've seen rounds last 10+ minutes on this map because they carry on the round for so long.

It's right past the bridge and into the corner on that back wall.
