Title: have to keep downloading all of the stuff

Every time i get connect to the server i had to keep on downloading a bunch of stuff that usually makes me miss half of the map the server is on

You're downloading a new set of content for every character set each map change. If you haven't played on FF2 before, that'll happen until you've got all the character sets downloaded.
