Partyisland was basically an island that had random events happen all the time. These events include water flooding for a while, giant cows in the skybox dancing around, wind forcing everyone out, etc. The water around it was basically a drown zone.

It was really annoying because of the fact taht the wind usually ruined things like engie spots and made it hard to navigate with the small platforms on it too.

That would be a good middle ground. I can always play with the negative effects in single player anyway (depending on what kind of map it is). With or without effects I would really like to see it.. having no knowledge of the map. x3

I guess that would be like a second train saw laser; chaos is fun, but if losing the negatives gives it a better chance of a return I wouldn't mind.

Wasn't Crevice removed because goombas were too OP on that map?

Anyway, yeah that map tended to have extremely easy goomba opportunities. Have a couple snipers mark him, and watch the jump pads because the crevasse was too deep to superjump out of. Teleport bosses had a better time on that map (unless they forgot they had teleport, or is MeeM.. (that fucking long teleport cooldown, fuckin' hell.)
