Title: People abusing /rocketme and !rocketme.

People are constantly spamming the rocketme command, which drowns out the whole purpose of the trade server (Which is to trade...). It'd be great if there was some sort of cooldown on the command.
Can any of the admins remove this or put on a delay?

I guess this is why people can't have nice things.

I've disabled it for now.
