Can we integrate the !tip plugin from zombie fortress to all servers? Or at least the really technical servers like VSH.

A lot of people have issues with hale being invisible in ff2 and vsh, i and a lot of other people would scramble trying to explain how to fix the issue (often dying in the process). Instead we can tell them to type "!tip 12" and instructions on how to fix that error would pop up when they type it in. (By the way kiddies, you solve it by opening console and typing "record fix" , pressing enter and then by typing "stop" and hitting enter again.)

Tips like how to open up console and explaining the random weapon bonuses that certain classes get in hale mode should also randomly appear in chat. But mostly the command would be useful for telling teammates how to fix a common bug or answer common questions without going into lengthy explanations midgame.

I believe the spy sapper on this server is still enabled. Why hasn't it been completely removed (So that it'd be easier to switch from gun to knife?

You should mention that some details of your guide doesn't apply to many servers, mostly ours.

For instance some servers have random crits enabled for saxton hale which ruin the 202 base damage. Some servers made changes to the vagineer where his rage forces sentries to betray their engies. Some servers have hales whose rage radius spans the entire map.

I'm not sure if our server has changed the original game mode so much. But the point is, this guide doesn't follow with all saxton hale servers, just ours (And possibly a few others).

EDIT: Its a pretty decent guide for OUR server, but it'd be impossible to create an in-depth guide for saxton hale servers worldwide.

-Added sacrifice milestone events. Every 100 kills on the counter will trigger a random event. The KoTH timers pause for these events.

This is really awesome. Thanks for all your hard work man! We really enjoy this map.
My only issue with this new updates is the 100 kill count required for certain events to occur. Each map gets about 30 minutes of play time, and with each round lasting from 1-5 minutes each only a few players manage to get killed by the hazard. As hazardous as the map gets. Perhaps you can lower this count? Or perhaps have it count the number of kills hale makes? I'm not sure if the map itself can interact with the game in this manner however.

Can you make/update maps for us more often? We pay mostly in balls of lint and love/affection.

As much as I want to call this an 'exploit', it really isn't.

Does it hurt hales a shit ton? Yes.
Should it be illegal? Maybe.
Will rage work? If you're lucky, shit.

The only way to really combat this is either capping or making the heavy waste all his ammo.

At least the heavy doesn't have a pompson, right?
Oh and speaking of map issues and capping, the cap point in Top_Arena doesn't work at all.

At this point the code changes are really far ahead of what's displayed for /haleclass that it'll be a pain to look through all the changes to make sure everything is listed.

Generally /halenew covers most (if not all) weapon changes.

Any plans for weapons at all in the upcoming weeks? Or in general? I'm starting to feel bad about starting a weapons suggestion thread and valve making it hard to change the specs of certain weapons.

Will the /haleclass command be updated with the latest weapon changes at least?

koth_fissure was causing client crashes for me.
koth_winter_ridge_b2 has missing player clipping near the top of the map as Windy mentioned.
I don't think koth_skylab_rc1 will play very well, and has some places where players can jump up on edges where hale would have difficulty getting to. It also suffers from being a little too complex for VSH.
koth_2fort has some weird respawnroomvisualizers, and the teleporter in Windy's screenshot crashes clients when they take it.

Other than that, koth_tomb_b3 seems pretty good and I tossed it into rotation.

I guess we should have a thread here to suggest/complain about the current weapon that Saxton Hale mode makes changes to. (Like how any medigun is switched to a Customized Kritzkrieg that gives crits, 140% ubercharge and invulnerability.

Have stat suggestions, post em here.

First things first: the /HaleClass command should be updated, not all of the latest weapon changes are noted in that command's menu.

Second:
Gloves of running Urgently
>Marked for death upon use
>-7 damage per half second during use. (Hell it used to be -6 damage per half second before valve updated it.)

Choose one voidy.

Also whats the story behind the cowmangler. Any damage you deal with that weapon can be dealt twice as much with any other rocket launcher. Sure the reload time and the 4 shot charge update is good, but in a game mode that relies on more damage-oriented gameplay there is no point in using it. Any updates/buffs planned for this weapon? Because it seems like it has a lot of unneeded buffs for this specific gamemode. Full crit or damage boost pls.

Here's the code i need help with. Basically what it does is switch my mouse sensitivity whenever i press the Left Arrow key. It switches between 3.15 and 3.7 ingame mouse sensitivity for sniping and surfing respectively. However my problem is that whenever I press the key, it can be hard to tell what my sensitivity is currently set to without waving my mouse around like a madman or manually going into Options and clicking the Mouse tab to see what its set to.
What i want to do is find a way to code in a little "Indicator" that will tell me what my mouse sensitivity is currently set to without opening any menus, however I have no knowledge of this scripting language at all. Can someone help?

I was thinking perhaps my cross hair will change color whenever change my sensitivity. Like red for low sensitivity and green for high sensitivity.

(For anyone curious about my mouse and its settings. I have a Logitech g400 set to 1800dpi. I personally find 3.15ish sensitivity good enough for sniping, however I am still testing things out.)

Im just watching him attempting to change servers and I'm all like "Christ shibby why don't you edit this part out of the video--" *MOTD pops up* Saxton hell servers.

Well these servers isin't going to have 100+ players because of shibby or anything but its pretty sweet to see my old favorite server show up in a famousish youtuber's video.

How is the old servers doing? Any changes since last fall?
