Title: DBall appears to be borked.

Apparently, since the TF2 update on 5/15/14, no rockets are spawning on any of the maps. Maybe the update messed with some of the files that DBall uses? Idk what's wrong, but I've a feeling someone might wanna take a look at it

Voogru's still working on the plugin, so DB will offline for a bit until he figures out what's causing issues.
