At about 20:55 (Jerusalem,+2)
Description:
Mic spammer wont stop spamming even after Ive requested it several times.
Proof:
I cant put the video here because its 167 MB,And the maximum is 1024.
And I dont know how else to do so.

name alone won't suffice afaik, because that can change and multiple people can have the same name
the same can't be said about steamids

We can corroborate enough evidence with our server's chat logs, but we'd need the video to begin with. You'll probably want to re-encode it to something that compresses well (h264, etc) and perhaps upload it to youtube. This is generally why demos are better than videos, they're lightweight.

Yeah well I had bandicam running so I just used it....
I could upload it to youtube or something.
And make it 'secret' so that you can view it with only a link.

Having reviewed the video, I wouldn't really say that was mic spamming.

It also doesn't help that you were repeating "Stop micspamming", "He's getting banned". Basic psychology would tell you that spiteful behavior is a fairly common behavioral response among younger individuals.
