Random and constant crashing?

Hey, I've been a fellow TF2 player like you. When I was playing yesterday and today, I've been noticing that my game decides to crash very frequently, mostly pertaining to things that would lag you a lot (I.E. Large explosions, continual fire of something, etc.). Does anyone know how to fix this? Help would be appreciated.

I havent got that but on some servers saxton hell included i randomly get timed out with a low ping like my ping was 40 and i get kicked from the server saying i was timed out
