Saxton Hell / Air Strike Idea?

Is it possible to make the Air Strike count every few hits as a "kill", to add to it's clip size? It'd seem like a pretty fun weapon to use if it had this feature.

On the "ninesquare" Minigame, I was playing Pyro, and was conga'ing into the iron bar fence separating the platforms. Note that I was on the Red platform, cong'ing towards the Green platform. When my platform (red) broke, and I was congaing towards the green platform, I seemed to be floating, and still congaing. The cages disappeared, and I was able to safely conga onto the green platform. I had this happen randomly, and I forgot to take a screenshot of the event. While  I did test it with the "create server" button on the title screen, I couldn't seem to replicate it. So this may be a bug with the server, or you are required to stand in a specific spot. Hopefully it can be fixed.

General Discussion / Saysounds not working

So, on any server with them enabled, some saysounds don't seem to work for me. It says they were played in chat, but don't make any sound. Any sounds in the "/saysounds" menu past "what's good" won't make any sound. Thanks in advance.

Found a bug on Castle Steveh where players could stand behind the spawn on the raised walls to get behind the motivator. Maybe put a hurtzone?

Submit Ban / Deathrun player Hacking?

I'm not sure if this is hacking, some sort of glitch, or an exploit, but it's definitely reportable. So a player named "TheRubberFruitFace" joined, then, in office (at around 8:30 EST) some people were hanging around and they were suddenly killed, by said player. The next map, vsh_dr_mario_b3, he did the same. At around the middle of the map, he began shooting at me. He also appeared as a ghost. I have a screenshot of him alive and on the activators team. Note that there are 2 people alive. (The other person on activators has nothing to do with this, he's innocent.)

Off Topic / Short Circuit sound

So I was playing Engineer with the (as you already know) overpowered Short Circuit. I realized how epic I was and wanted to make the experience more.. magical. Anyone know how to change the sound the Short Circuit makes? (Using the "custom" folder in the Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf directory.) If someone does actually have an answer, you can refer to the sound I want to use as "airhorn.mp3". Thanks.
