Again micspamming and overlaping an annoying sound.

Can't do anything after the fact unless some proof is provided, generally in the form of demo recordings (https://www.google.com/search?q=recording+a+demo+tf2).

we can't do much, it's impossible to know who started playing first and who is overplaying or even who's playing what with such a short demo.

:/ Ok thanks, If I get him again, I will record another demo.
But, first overplayed Party Zergle, the other users that appear in the video are just "fighting" him, they dont have the annoying intention.
He overplayed to another user that I dont remember his name :c.
