Description: I know that you can not stop a whole server from doing the conga, but this guy was repeatedly, for the most part by himself, doing it the whole map, not contributing to damage and wasting the player slot. He and 3 other people were doing it in the demo, but before that, it was only him, so I do not want to convict the other players doing it since they weren't doing it repeatedly.
If you wish to ban the other players, its your call, but this guy is a prime candidate.

Description: Just like the first one, this guy was doing the congo, except he was doing it all by himself every round. He just went to secluded places and just did it, thus being useless and wasting player slot.
