Picolas Cage has been Overspamming, Chainspamming, and accusing people (well, just me I guess) of breaking the rules.

Screenshots don't help much with a sound related ban. Recording a demo (https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Help:Recording_demos) would help. If he is only annoying you, mute him on your end.

Good thing Fatal was there.
