Title: Psykopat map

This has been bugging me for the last hour, does anyone know anything at all about this map and its secrets? I've tried everything I can think of in game and googled it as well and can't find S*** for it. Any feedback would be appreciated

Spectate's disabled though :P. Also, I would tell you, but I'm not on a computer.
