dr_timetravel exploit

people tend to waste time in the spawn room by caber jumping on to the lights or on a small ledge on the spawn door  and also this one spot by the floor

Is there a reason this needs to be fixed? Wasting time in a specific spot is just the same as wasting time in any other spot on a map.

On top of that, there's the timer.
