Submit Ban / Suspicious player on the server

Ummm There was a suspicious player on saxton hell #2 about 10-30 minutes ago. His name is TROLLCITY WACO. He did so much damage (19000 as heavy while taunting and shooting at the same time which is already questionable). Anyway I found a video showing it in action (which he spammed onto the server chat). Admins please ban him if you see him or think something is wrong, facing an aimbot user is impossible when he's a heavy (fucking 19000 damage).
