Title: Plugin Suggestion

Just had an idea (not sure if possible though) to put in a plugin for the Dota2 voices like 'Dominating' and 'Triple Kill' etc for Saxton Hell.

It'd add on to the amount of shit a normal person would have to download while connecting to our server for the first time, which might make them hesitant to play on Saxton Hell.

The sounds are from Quake or Unreal Tournament or whatever
And they won't really work on VSH since hale already says lines for specific things, like triple kills.
