You need to copy the IP adress into your console and enter it. Read the FAQs on the Saxton Hell home page for more info.

If the other posts in the forums don't work (even though it should through that method), that means that the reserved slots are acting wonky. Just wait a while if you can't connect and it says "Server is full" and then try again to make it work.
