This is based off of Borderlands 2, the DLC character Krieg the bandit.
The premise would be this would be a mostly melee boss, but will have a throwable axe and heal upon damage during rage (and instantly ignite himself) (but sentries don't target)
As an extra effect, He gains bonus speed when on fire, and has a 1/5th chance to ignite on a melee kill.
OP? UP?

hale are not allowed to gain speed boosts or hp gain since it su cheap rage with low hp back to half or almost full hp

Mmm... I would say:
Rage = explode that ignites everyone (nearby) on fire + short stun. Gain +1 Flying Guillotine (no recharge)(and reskinned to throw like a buzzsaw axe)

Seems more balanced. As Lunacy and BoBoBo said, what I suggested may be overpowered.

I don't really think making a 'non classic' hale is a good idea.
Less people would know who it is.

Since when is a new type of Hale bad? Or having to have a popular opinion to make a boss playable?
I like the rage for 1 non-rechargeable guillotine idea as well as the ignite on hit idea. Recharging health and speed boosts are bad ideas, but wouldn't happen anyway.
Sounds like a solid idea for a boss.
