Remove Soda Popper

It might be a good idea to remove the soda popper. It changed to where the hype bar allows multiple jumps for the scout. Some players have used this to bypass plenty of traps in one go.

Maybe try to remove the multi-jump thing first, and if that can't be done, just replace it with the stock scattergun.

I tossed a fix in that replaces it with a normal scattergun around 10 mins ago.

No dice on removing the multi-jump functionality of it, though. It's built into the weapon.
