General Discussion / Broken donator perks

My perks ain't working :( I checked the subscription and it still shows active in paypal and everything. The perks also don't seem to be broken in general, as other people seem to have access to them.

Dodgeball Hell / Unintended Consequence of modified TK handling

Recently the way the server handles teamkills changed, notably to allow them after the round ends and it does not register them as kills in the console or the HUD. This causes a slight annoyance on dbs_neutral_b5 where half of the kills are teamkills to begin with and it doesn't report when any of them happen.

Maybe we should just make a dodgeball bug report thread for these ~~~

Dodgeball Hell / !myrank

The !myrank/!rankme command is very sketchy. About half of the time it starts with "You have no rank" every time we go to a map ignoring any previous records but the other half of the time it pulls in the data as expected. The !top and !stats pages don't seem to be losing anything, it seems to be a per session issue with !myrank display of the stats.

Dodgeball Hell / Boomerang and Ghost glitches

I have 2 topics to bring up

1 is about dbs_boomerang. When you votenuke on dbs_boomerang to anything other than 100% nuke, there is a good chance than many players will have a client crash the moment a rocket is reflected. The perfect solution would be to isolate the crash and update the map, but in the meantime could we disable votenuke functionality on that map, people keep using votenuke ignoring the fact that many players (like me) usually can't play because the game just crashes and I have to just twiddle my thumbs for 15 minutes or go play somewhere else.

2 is about the ghosts. I understand the donors having the ability to go "boo" with their ghosts, but there is a flaw that is getting really aggravating. Any equipment a donor is wearing stays floating in mid-air, which very much gets in the way of trying to see what is going on. If that could be looked into and fixed soon that would be splendid, in the meantime can the ghost "boo" ability be killed off until it is resolved.
