A spammer by the name of Verront ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) is telling people to RTV, claiming it will give them free stuff

Verront ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) :  FFFF00TYPE RTV IF YOU WANT A FREE NAUGHTY KEY
Verront ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) :  FFFF00TYPE RTV FOR A FREE NAUGHT KEY
Verront ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) :  FFFF00TYPE RTV IF YOU WANT A FREE CRAFT HAT
Verront ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) :  FFFF00TYPE RTV FOR A FREE STRANGE SPY-CICLE

After reviewing the chat logs, what he was doing does not constitute any sort of spamming that we would take action against. Additionally, your screenshot doesn't show any spamming at all.

If people are dumb enough to expect a free item from rtv, they deserved to be tricked.
