players on opposing teams cannot collide with each-other. causing the huntsman, rockets, etc. to fly through players.

I miss getting other donors stuck with Huntsman taunt turn collision back on pls.

While investigating noblock on deathrun, I've inadvertently discovered a way to let players walk through each other yet allow projectiles to collide, so weapons should be working now!
