A player named Control1410115 has been camping everytime when he is hale. He has camped about 3-4 times on my playthrough but many others say he has done it many times.
I have a recorded demo in which he holds up the round for over 10 minutes if anyone would like to view it:

I also have his steam ID if needed. Can anyone Ban/ temp. ban him as warning.
