As you may know, YarmulkeDolka is back. No, he's not spamming again.

In fact, this time he's stooping to a whole new level: he's still insulting people while stalling the round and rustling everyone's jimmies.

It's clear that he's not going to follow any of the rules. A permaban is necessary this time.

Ask anyone that was on the server about his whereabouts for evidence.

Checked the logs again, and lo and behold, he's still a moron. Banned again (http://bans.saxtonhell.com/Bans/View/549).

Also, you didn't have to make a new thread but whatevz.
