If you want a weapon stats mod, there is already the TF20 mod out there. I don't think it's name is acutally TF20, but TF2x10 is TF20 .

While this is true, we're talking about reversing the stats here.

For example: The Atomizer
                     Single Jump
                     +10 health on jump
                     30% Faster swing speed
                     +20% Damage against players

Sounds interesting, but then it would have to be a custom plugin made by someone. It isn't as simple as 1-2-3 as you might expect it to be.

So once upon a time I was in Trading Hell and we all came up with the idea of having a gamemode where all weapon stats were reversed, and having a server for it in the Saxton Hell community. Pretty self-explanatory.
