Title: RTV issue

Lately, I've noticed that if the zombies are losing, they'll rtv off of a map so the survivors can't finish the map. It is pretty annoying to deal with so may I suggest making rtv not end the round immediately?

This seems odd to me, if the people on the zombie team aren't having a great time on that team, isn't that something that team preference solves? Why are people rtving rather than setting their preference to survivors.

A lot of people don't know about preferences, no matter how much you tell em about it, they don't listen.

few people know about preferences

even less people know that theyre already set to survivor, so telling them to change preference doesnt matter
