Flying Guillotine damage ignores perks

Ninja decoys don't work against this weapon and a lot of other survivor perks pls fix

Equalizer damage?

Found another thing, so I went to melee this Fists of Steel heavy with the Equalizer (not escape plan) and I crit him for 195... thats only half the damage. (it crit 195 on everything else as well)

and why does escape plan make you slow because i seen in other servers it makes you fast and more damage
