This thread will be used to keep track of the maps added and removed from the DB rotation.
Feel free to discuss any map suggestions in this thread!
Here's our current map rotation:

Removed dbs_various_b7 from the rotation due to some server crashes.

Removed dbs_pyramid_b3 from the rotation due to server crashes.

dbs_bowsers_revenge_b7
db_bowsers_revenge_b7
are the same map with different names, the MD5 of both is the same.
dbs_nuketoss_b3
dbs_nuketoss_b6
dbs_nuketoss_rc1
b3 and rc1 are variations on the same map
b6 is an entirely different map. This is rather confusing, not sure what can be done about it though.
dbs_hotnuke_b9
dbs_hotnuke_rc1b
db_hotnuke_b5
b9 and rc1b are slight variations (I vote for rc1b if you consolidate) of the same map.
b5 is still a dbs map (not sure why called db) but is an entirely different map. Maybe slightly related, but so much smaller and enclosed rtaher than wide open like the other 2.

Removed db_bowsers_revenge_b7 from rotation.
As for the rest of the maps, I chose to keep them because often times players want to play a specific version of a map.
As for db_hotnuke_b5, I believe it was created during the time before there was a speed dodgeball at voogru, and before the dbs_ prefix was standardized.

We're running voogru's dodgeball plugin on our servers, which only works with db_ or dbs_ maps. tfdb_ are maps for a separate plugin.

So I've been thinking about working on some new maps in my spare time, so I figured I'd post them to the only remaining Dodgeball server I know of.

Although I'm not sure you guys play this much I released this a while ago to another server who didn't want it. I figured it might help the round times out a little bit and also make it look a little less like crap.
RC4
* Replaced Solitary with a new map called: Neon.
* Replaced skybox in Rooftops with a static texture. (No more seeing the rest of the map through it.)
* Made waiting room bigger, and made waiting room rockets do damage. To speed up rounds a bit. (Also a health refreshing trigger after waiting time is over.)
* Added some obstacles and spruced up Multi-Arena.
* Made Blocks mini-game blocks get chosen at the same time, also made them choose faster.
* Added "Stayin' Alive" loop to Disco Inferno.
* Added "Afternoon Delight" loop to Champagne Room.

Gallifrey crashes the server currently, if you didn't know already.

Yea... I've left it in rotation so I could try to get some crash dumps when it crashes so I can try to diagnose why. Unfortunately, Valve's crash reporter has been swallowing them and hasn't left me anything to look at. I'll likely just remove the map unless someone can point me to a specific cause the crash.

Well, upon testing the map, the biggest issue would be that it actually doesn't work. There doesn't appear to be any arena logic in the map, which is required in order for the dodgeball plugin to work.
The other issues would be that there's no map lighting and it's being rendered at fullbright, the map is visible in the 3d skybox, and there are some prop_dynamics (models/props_2fort/groundlight003.mdl) that should ideally be prop_statics instead.
Once those issues can get resolved I think this map will be okay for our rotation.

voidy u should of seen the one map i was on the other day but its tfdb maps,when u start out its light after 10 seconds the whole map goes dark u only see teh flames from the flamethrowers and u see the crit grows

That's probably because most tfdb_ maps are cheap knockoffs (or straight up rips) of db_ or dbs_ maps.

only thing that i hated about it was 150 airblast cost and ammo takes forever to go up

I'm going to keep an eye on the server to see if gallifrey and various cause server crashes again.

I have no idea if it is intentional (I assume not), but in 'dbs_bunnyhop_b5' you can literally just jump down to the bottom of the map. Making the actual map useless.

Still unable to figure out why dbs_various_b7 is causing crashes, so I'm going to try to downgrade to the b6 version and see what happens.

First Stage: 50 MPH Spawns, 25% Accel, full damage
Second Stage: 65 MPH Spawns, 26% Accel, half damage (3v3)
Final Stage: 80 MPH Spawns, 28% Accel, 1/3 damage (1v1)
You should be healed after every stage. Have fun guise. (Yes, totally not based off of db_blackhole whatsoever. <_<)

Brand new skybox texture, no more overly bright blue and solar eclipses!
The map is beefier and meaner, beware...
I attempted to change the spawns around so there would be more of a choice for curving.
Took out the huge frogs behind the spawns and added a spinning frog in the Illuminati Pyramid.

So dbs_bumbercars_b7 was removed due to crashing the server when too many players disconnected. Considering there are usually very few players on simultaneously, I dont think there would be an issue. Thus leads to the conclusion... can we have bumpercars back???!? Pretty please.

Wasn't able to find dbs_bumpercars_b7, but I did add dbs_bumpercars_b5 back to the rotation. We'll see how it goes in terms of crashes.
