Also with all suggestions, not much can be done until someone goes out and models and textures these characters.

I'm sure if you make a news announcement about you looking for experts in model designing for hales I'm sure you'll find a few people out of the hundreds of people who play on these servers.

Or, you can just pull a cave and give him his old soldier model.. or sniper model with jarate.
