Donor perk?

Even though it's a little redundant right now with Halloween around the corner, might it be possible to allow donors wear Halloween gear year-round? c:

Yea, the last time we attempted to make use of the halloween plugin, it crashed the servers.

I'll consider checking it out again to see if it's been updated, though.

I've thrown the plugin on DR #1 for some testing, it enables full moon mode and allows everyone to use Halloween items. It's not possible to make it donator only, so it's available for everyone.

If the server stays stable, I'll put it on the other servers later.

I still don't understand why Valve would make them seasonal. The *breaks the art style* logic is so broken it isn't even funny anymore.
