Title: Machine Attacks EP 14: How to spawn plague power-up? (Mannpower)

I have been playing Machine Attacks for a while now and occasionally someone has been able to spawn the plague power-up.
Could someone please tell me what you need to do to spawn this power-up?
It is extremely useful.
