Oh Valve!  Can't you not pair me with players in my region (US East / West) with a DOTA profile equal to or less than my level?  Who the fuck made up the concept of the All-Hero challenge, anyway?

Everyone knows the Normal game matchmaking is stupid (new player with 10 games going against players with over 1000 games)
Ranked at least puts you with people around 500 of your MMR
And then there's all those Eastern foreigners joining the english servers who dont even speak a lick of english, nobody likes them
