Overspam/Ear Rape/Chain Spam on TH

A young child named "Dank" (STEAM_0:0:82848502) been chain spamming/ear raping/chain spamming with his HLDJ lately on Trading Hell. And I've decided to bitch about it. Video proof and text proof is provided, however it is too big to be attached.

Yeah when an admin asks for it just send it to him personally with dropbox or email or idk
